RTS Screen print TAT: Our current TAT will always be posted on our announcement bar on top of the website.

Pre-Order Screen Print TAT: 7-10 business days after the pre-order is closed.

Completed Wholesale Apparel TAT: TAT for completed apparel is 7-10 business day. Shirt orders are put in every Monday, which means the TAT does NOT start until the Monday AFTER you place your order. All orders need to be placed by midnight on Sunday nights to guarantee Monday ordering.

Refund/Return: We do not allow any returns or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If there is ever a problem with your order, please email us at 202transfers@gmail.com and we will work with you to get it resolved.

Cancellations: If you are needing to cancel your order, there will be a 20% cancellation fee. Orders CANNOT be cancelled if the order has already been accepted by the mail carrier.

Mock-ups: You may use any mock-ups from our website to advertise to your customers. PLEASE add your watermark or a "DO NOT COPY" watermark to the mock-ups. This is to help protect the designers artwork from being stolen!

You MAY NOT resell our transfers for higher profit. You can only use our transfers for finished items to be sold as completed apparel, etc.

Shipping: RTS screen prints, pre-order screen prints and completed apparel will all have their OWN shipping rates. If you order all 3, all within 1 order, you will get 3 shipping charges. This is due to all different turn around times for each item.
